David Neto Group was founded to fulfil the aspirations and needs of David Soares who build the group up from a fleet of only four trucks, converting it into a national and international benchmark company.
Since the Group’s establishment in 1967 the competence and quality of work has led to a sustained growth that has enabled the creation of four new companies aimed at satisfying the group’s needs in terms of storage/logistics, international transportation and swiftness in delivering urgent loads.

1993Certification of the quality warranty system by APCER – Portuguese Association for Certification;
1997Company’s rebranding from the original name to TDN – Transportes SA and establishement of TDN Group.
1999New certification recognition by APCER.
2003Establishment of Esmoriztur – Viagens e Turismo, S.A.
2003Aquisition of ExpressOpção, Lda.
2007Opening of TDN south branch office at Lisbon’s metropolitan area.
2011Construction of new parking space to a total area of 60.000m2 area.
